I for one don't look down or even give people shit that buy the game as it's their choice to do so.
I myself have turned MY back on IW as they did the PC Community. PC Gamers are the ones that made COD what it is today. All the modders out there that created these mods have had their work stolen if you will with zero credit and placed in IW's game.

I have to tell you, it would take a serious "We are sorry, we fucked up...heres the dedi servers" to come from IW to get me to even think about buying MW2.

Personally I have the game and it is ok for the time being, but I can see myself losing interest pretty quickly. Mt steam id is Sinsemilla54.

I had a thought, keep in mind that I know nothing about modding... The game uses the same engine as COD4 so would it be possible to take stuff out of MW2 (maps, guns, perks, better kill streaks etc.) and add them to a mod for COD4?

My kid got me the "no pay" version and i played the single player campaign and then deleted it. It was ok, those saying its so great ,have not played BFBC2 demo for PS3 yet. that my friends is where the next real good game will come from. DICE has stated plain out ,that they will be supporting dedicated servers now and for the forseeable future. Of course I am too old to really enjoy BFBC2 on PS3 cause i hate the retarded controllers. I can snipe and drive the tanks bout it. Still fun and leveling a building to the ground is cool as crap. Takes alot of shots to level a building, it's not a 3 or 4 shot ordeal more like 40 or 50 lol. But even that blowing holes in the walls, and pretty much destroying objects that snipers hide behind is sweeet. I havent found many things yet that you can't destroy. Razz
